Concours d'Elégance Paleis het Loo

The Concours d'élégance Paleis het Loo will be held on 30 and 31 August 2008

This year there will be a fantastic collection of pre-war racing cars and a retrospective of cars designed by Giugairo.  Autovisie will be organising the Dutch National Concours at the same event. This year's theme is cars of the sixties.

This impressive array of Citroen cabriolets stood in the visitors' car park.

This is the car de Bruyn designed before he started on the Spyker supercar. De Bruyn has left Spyker to concentrate on building exquisite boats and is reputed to be working on a new Silvestre supercar.

Het Loo is not just about esoteric classics - there is an entire section devoted to 'ordinary' cars, that so many people used to own and now hold fond memories of. The 2006 event even had a section with light commercial vehicles.
