The "Y" model saloon is sometimes referred to as a miniature Jaguar with its luxurious leather and wood interior, while its exterior styling has a distinct pre-war look. With light and positive rack and pinion steering it is a pleasant car to drive, aided by its MG TD independent front suspension and lively engine.
The later "B" model has 15in as opposed to l6in wheels.
