Volvo 66 (1975-80)

When Volvo took over DAF (the passenger car division), the DAF 66 got the Volvo safety treatment (visually that means enormous black bumpers). The model remained in production until 1980

The car remained in production from 1956 to 1970. Seemingly indestructible, these cars are still seen in daily use on the roads today.

SAAB (Svenska Aeroplan Aktiebolaget) was formed in 1937 for the production of aircraft for the Royal Swedish Air Force. In 1949 Saab started manufacturing motor cars and production has increased considerably since. The two-stroke SAAB 96 was a very successful rally car at the hands of Erik Carlsson in the early '60s.
